EzReplay Pro is a client-side application. No personal data is transmitted to any server. All notes and session data are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your own device and never leave it.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. Specifically:

• No usage analytics or tracking
• No cookies beyond browser-native local storage
• No email addresses, names, or any personally identifiable information

Local Storage

EzReplay Pro uses your browser's localStorage to save session history and editor preferences. This data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

The following external services are loaded on this page:

• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may collect standard request metadata (IP, browser type). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• YouTube embeds — if you load a YouTube video, YouTube's embed player is used. YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data per their own policy.

Your Rights

Since we do not process any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. To remove locally stored session data, clear your browser's local storage for this site.

EzReplay Pro is a free, browser-based video annotation tool currently in Beta. It is provided as-is and without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or feature completeness.

Beta Status

The service is actively in development. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. We recommend exporting your notes regularly to avoid data loss.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EzReplay Pro to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Use it in any way that could harm other users

Your Content

Notes and data you create are stored locally in your browser. You retain full ownership of your content. We have no access to it and no rights over it.

Disclaimer of Warranty

EzReplay Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yannik Maurice Reinecke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EzReplay Pro.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Use of Cookies

EzReplay Pro itself does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

Local Storage

The application uses your browser's localStorage API to persist:

• Session history (previously opened videos and notes)
• Editor preferences and theme settings

This data never leaves your device. It can be cleared at any time in your browser settings under "Site Data" or "Storage".

Third-Party Cookies

How to Manage Cookies
